I have just purchased the upgrade (Australian download) from MSD 1.5 to Dragon Dictate 2, but don't know how to install it.
I can see the download file in My Account (zipped). if I click on the file, it then appears in Finder/Downloads as 'My name dictate licence', but what do I do with this??
If I click on this file, a dialogue appears saying 'this is a valid license key. Thank you for using MSD. Maximum simultaneous users 1'. am I missing something? I am new to MacIntosh so perhaps I am missing something obvious. How do I install my upgrade to Dragon Dictate 2? Are there instructions somewhere?
Do I need to uninstall MacSpeech Dictate 1.5 first?
I can't find any relevant information in the FAQs.
    Regards

About my posting above, I just realised that the file in My Account is for my MacSpeech Dictate V1.5 and not for the upgrade to Dragon Dictate 2 that I just purchased . I'm now wondering where the download file for Dragon Dictate 2 is. I will contact
    Sales.

LouisaK, if you have downloaded the update file and unzipped it, you should see two disc images, Dragon Dictate 2.dmg and Dragon English Data.dmg

If you open the Dragon Dictate image, you should see the Dragon Dictate application which you can drag to your applications folder.

I opened the English data disk image then ran Dragon Dictate 2 application whereby it asked for the English data file.

I can't recall if the license file accompanied the two disc images, if you do have that file, place it on your desktop before running Dragon Dictate 2.

Sorry if the instructions are a little vague, I downloaded and installed the update as soon as it became available, a few weeks ago now.
