unsupported microphone

    Just bought Dragon Dictate. After i installed it I set up my profile. I was taken to the microphone set up. I first saw an error message that my microphone was unsupported. So I open my preference file to sound and click on the USB microphone. I check the out put level and saw it was working fine. So I returned to the microphone set up and began to read what it said over and over again. But with not luck.
    I know the microphone is working fine because I can see the out put levels, so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
    can anyone help me? I waited a long time to be able to buy this software. And now that I have it I find it doesn't work.
