My Macspeech Dictate was purchased at an Apple store. They said they couldn't accept the return and to contact the manufacturer.

Here is MacSpeec policy: If your purchase was made through someone other than MacSpeech you must return your merchandise to the place of purchase. MacSpeech cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased through one of its resellers.

This nightmare of a software is getting worse.

Are you sure they didnt tell you to return it to the place of purchase?

    I mean, that makes sense.

If you purchase a CD at bestbuy and you dont like it or it is damaged, do you take it back to the band? Or do you take it back to the store that you purchased it from?
