Is there a commands file where all my created commands are kept. So that I can copy and paste them to multiple macs?

Rather than copying the commands data file to other machines, use the Commands Import and Commands Export feature in the File menu.

    - load your profile
    - go to the File menu
    - click on Commands Export
    - search for the commands that you created and want to transfer to another machine and place a check next to them (most likely most of the commands will be in the Global section or if you made application specific commands, the commands will be in the section marked with the Application's name.)
    - Remember to only place a check next to the commands that YOU created/added and NOT the ones that already exist in Dictate or else you WILL have duplicates (trust me, i learned the hard way).
    - click on the "Export..." button
    - name and save the file to the desktop
    - transfer the file via e-mail, external drive, burned disc, thumb drive, etc. (the file is going to be generally small, so the easiest method would be to send it to yourself in an e-mail using an online e-mail provider such as hotmail, google, or yahoo so you can access it on ANY computer) to your alternate computer
    - save the file to the desktop of the alternate computer
    - load your profile on the alternate computer
    - go to the File menu
    - Click Command Import
    - Enjoy!

Note: There is NO need to import the commands per profile. Once a command is created/imported on one profile, it will be available to ALL profiles.
