Shipping Policy

Shipping times for all orders are considered from the date the order is actually shipped by the courier and may be subject to other restrictions by that courier, such as the package being given to the courier by an acceptance time in order to guarantee shipment on that day. This applies to all shipments made by MacSpeech, including, but not limited to, overnight shipping and USPS Express Mail. Since all items are shipped in the order they are received, MacSpeech is not able to guarantee next day delivery from the day you place your order.

Orders for merchandise in stock typically ship within 2 business days of when they are received. For example, if you purchase something on a Monday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday (usually sooner). If you place your order on a Thursday, the order may be shipped as late as Monday. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday it will most likely not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday, depending on how many orders were placed ahead of yours.
